Privacy Policy
In short
- We collect what you choose to send us: your contact details, your project and your drawings.
- Your drawings stay with your reviewer and are deleted 90 days after delivery.
- We never sell your information and never see your card or bank details.
- No advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

3. Who else is involved
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data for us and not for their own purposes:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, receives your IP address when you load a page.
- Supabase stores the forms you submit and web app accounts in a secured database.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to load them.
- Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook and email carry your messages if you contact us there. Their own privacy policies apply to those apps.
- ABA Bank handles payment. We see that a payment arrived, never your card or account details.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share your drawings or prices with any contractor, including our sister company: if it bids the same tender, we decline your job.
4. How long we keep it
- Drawings and project files: deleted 90 days after delivery of your BOQ.
- The BOQ we delivered and its invoice: kept as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
- Web app accounts and their projects: kept while your account is open. When you close it, we delete them on request, apart from invoices the law requires us to keep.
- Form requests and waiting-list entries: kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed to deal with your request.
5. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send the request on Telegram or by email and we will answer as soon as we can. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you send any drawings.
6. Security
Forms travel over an encrypted connection. The form endpoint accepts only the fields listed above, limits how often one connection can submit, and files every request for a person to read before anything is done with it.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Questions are welcome on Telegram or by email.
